From there you must click on the link that you received in your email (MAKE SURE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PROCESS IN THE SAME WEB BROWSER !) 4- Once that is done, enter your name and choose the plug-in you wish to receive. 5- It's in your email... 6- Enjoy ! * AT STEP ONE, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, ACCEPT OUR FACEBOOK APP AND CLICK ON THE "LIKE" BUTTON. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS GOES THROUGH ALL THE WAY WITH THE SAME WEB BROWSER. ALL OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY MAKE IT THROUGH THE PROCESS. Same issue, using Chrome, maybe thats the problem?

Hard to say why, but the important thing is they were successful.
