Hi guys,

I've purchased and downloaded the 3.2.0 64bit VST (VIP Bundle) for Windows, but when I try to launch the setup I come across an error that goes along the lines of "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."

I've extracted the files and tried running as administrator, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions?

Hello IronhideG,

Please try the 3.1 Download instead.

We have a problem with the windows 3.2 installers that will be fixed soon.

Best Regards,

Nick

Hello everybody,

Just to let you know, the corrected Plug and Mix 3.2 Windows version has been posted to the downloads on the site here:

http://www.plugandmix.com/support/downloads/

The reports we have had recently about crashes with ProTools 11 running AAX DSP hardware came to us after the 3.2 was finalized. Those issues should be addressed in the 3.3 coming soon.

Best Regards,

Nick
