Hello, I was wondering if anyone from the forum could help me. I recently discovered your product line yesterday and was pretty impressed with some of the plug-ins. I was keen on the idea of getting one of them for free simply by liking you on Facebook, but every time I go through the process, I get stuck on step 2 of three. I have followed all the instructions and carefully followed the further instructions on the forum "read me" link. I have tried reloading the page multiple times, deleting cookies, making sure I had the correct app settings on, etc. Still, I cannot get past step 2. Just wondering if anyone could help me with this??? Thanks in advance.

Hello MarkeMark1,

If for some reason you haven't made it through the process the first time, it is because some of your settings are NOT SET to their DEFAULT VALUE(S).

here are the steps to get things going :

1- Unlike us from your FB page.

2- Delete the Plug & Mix APP from your FB settings.

3- Make sure your "Likes" are "PUBLIC" in your FB settings.

4- Make sure that cookies and JAVA Scripts are enabled in your web browser.

5- Now that ALL SETTINGS are back to "DEFAULT VALUE", start the process again :
http://www.plugandmix.com/nfr/

6- When receiving the first email confirmation, make sure the link opens the SAME WEB BROWSER as the one used in steps 1 & 2. (If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder and whitelist us).

7- When prompt enter your name and choose your plug-in.

8- You should have received your order confirmation with serial for your FREE Plug-in

9- Enjoy !

Hi Nick, thanks so much for the well thought out response. I would like to note that I had already followed these steps, still to no avail. So is it just impossible for me at the moment to get the plug-in? If the answer is yes, I understand. FB currently has many problems in the way it is set up, and the source of my problem may be totally unrelated to Java, FB, cookies, or the like. I'm definitely not a computer techie, all I know is that the page reloads step 2 over and over again, but if you could see any other reasons as to why this is happening, just let me know!!! Thanks again.
